Course Details: Cisco CCNA

The CCNA Routing & Switching Course is delivered as online self-study modules. Quizzes and practice exams are run using simulation software provided with the course (Windows or Linux required). Final exams are conducted on physical equipment (locations and available times to be posted during the course).

Early Enrolment

If you choose to enroll early, you will get instant access to the course material – no waiting required. If during your early enrollment you decide to take an exam, simply ask your instructor to activate it early.

We encourage you to enroll early if you think you are going to need additional time to complete the course.

Course Exams

Final exams will typically be scheduled for the last full weekend of the session. Exams may be adjusted if that weekend coincides with a statutory holiday.

There are two exams for each course: one written exam & one lab exam. Please review the Final Exams Requirements & Booking Details prior to registration.

Cisco Certification Exams

The CCNA certification exams are typically done separately (ICND1 and ICND2). ICND1 covers material from CCNA-1 and CCNA-2 (the first half of the curriculum) and grants the CCENT certification level. ICND2 covers material from CCNA-3 and CCNA-4 and grants the full Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certification.

CCNA certification is scheduled through Cisco and Pearson Vue. Your course mentor can advise on local certification options to best suit your needs. Certification fees typically range from $150-$300 depending on the exams required.
